These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, offers, and purchases of products (including organic/natural food, pure Bilona ghee, healthcare, and Ayurvedic personal care products) on Swasthya Mart.

2. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Placing an order on Swasthya Mart constitutes an offer to buy. Automatic email order confirmations do not signify formal order acceptance.
Acceptance takes place when your order is formally processed and dispatched by us.

3. Health & Product Disclaimer
Consultation Advised: If you are unfamiliar with any Ayurvedic ingredient or taking prescription medication, please research thoroughly or consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before consumption.
Individual Reactions: Every individual body constitution (Prakriti) is unique. Swasthya Mart shall not be held liable for personal allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions resulting from product use.
⚠️ Expiry Notice: Products should be consumed before the printed expiry date. Swasthya Mart is not liable for products consumed post-expiry.
4. Payments & Taxes
Full payment must be made at the time of order placement via designated payment gateways or approved Cash on Delivery (up to ₹2,500).
Product prices shown exclude applicable shipping or delivery costs, which are clearly listed at checkout.
5. User Accounts & Privacy
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swasthya Mart's aggregate liability shall not exceed the invoice price of the specific products ordered giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for non-performance or shipping delays caused by natural disasters, extreme weather in hill/transit regions, strikes, or government restrictions.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction in Himachal Pradesh, India.
